MossRomp began with a concern that felt personal: what happens when a dog chews a toy into pieces? Our founder’s experience with swallowed fragments shaped the direction of the brand. We wanted to take toy choices seriously, build a brand focused on play, and keep pet safety at the center of what comes next.
A material choice needs an honest explanation.
Big Ball has a textured eTPU outer shell. We chose to put chew resistance and a lighter, quieter play experience at the center of this product’s design. These are design priorities, not a promise that the ball cannot break or that every dog will use it the same way.
Material names alone do not establish the safety of a whole toy. Big Ball also contains rechargeable electrical components. The condition of the product, how it is used, its size and the attention of the person nearby all matter to the experience.
“Safety first” must leave room for limits.
We do not describe Big Ball as indestructible. Its fixed diameter is 3.35 in / 8.5 cm, and you should choose a size appropriate for your dog’s mouth and play style. Inspect it before and after each session, supervise play, and stop using it if the shell or electrical parts are damaged.
Keep the charger away from pets, follow the supplied instructions and do not open or modify the battery or electrical components. If something is wrong, we want you to contact us rather than improvise a repair.
Care continues after the purchase.
Our 10-day chew replacement cover gives an eligible ball chewed apart during normal supervised play a clear next step. Contact us first and return the damaged ball as instructed. After receipt and checks, we send a replacement and cover approved return and replacement shipping. Intentional damage is excluded.
After that cover, our five-ball exchange lets you return five eligible damaged MossRomp balls for one same-model or future available toy at no product charge. You cover the old balls’ return shipping; we cover shipping the new toy. The full terms explain the process.
Take-back is an action, not a shortcut claim.
We arrange material handling for returned balls. We do not use that promise to claim every component will be recycled, that eTPU is biodegradable, or that a rechargeable toy has no environmental impact. We want our language to stay tied to what we can explain and do.
Good play deserves thoughtful care, before and after the moment.
