Inspect

Check the shell and condition before every session.

Charge as directed, then choose a clear play area.

Press, hold & play

Press and hold to start. Supervise a short introduction and give your dog room to pause.

Switch off, inspect again and store away from pets.

Charging, care & support

Big Ball is an 8.5 cm / 3.35 in rechargeable dog toy. Your box contains one ball in Orange or Blue and a charger.

1. Charge

Use the supplied charger as directed. USB-C charging takes about 90 minutes, with up to 2 hours of play per charge. Actual times vary. Keep the charging ball and cable away from pets.

2. Start play

Press and hold the power control. Follow the supplied instructions for hold duration, modes and switching off. Let your dog sniff the ball first, then begin a short session in a clear area.

3. Stay nearby

Choose a size suitable for your dog’s mouth and play style. Supervise every session. Inspect before and after play and stop using a damaged toy. Put the ball away between sessions.

4. Wash the outer shell

Only the removable outer shell can be washed. Switch off and remove the electrical core before washing the shell, following the supplied instructions. Keep the core, charging port and charger dry. Dry the shell fully before reassembly.
