Shopping with MossRomp

These terms apply to use of the MossRomp online store and purchases made through it. The store is hosted by Shopify. Product details, selected options, prices and delivery charges are shown on the product pages and at checkout. Review your selected color, quantity, shipping address and final total before submitting an order.

Orders and payments

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing. We may contact you if information is missing or an order cannot be fulfilled. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will contact you to resolve the order and arrange an applicable refund. Do not treat an incomplete or pending payment as a completed purchase.

Delivery

Delivery estimates and available shipping options are described in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Any free-shipping promotion applies to the eligible standard shipping option shown at checkout; optional express delivery and replacement shipping are separate.

Returns and replacements

Our 10-Day Chew Replacement and five-ball take-back exchange are described in the return policy. A ball chewed apart within 10 calendar days of delivery must be returned for a free replacement. After this cover, return five eligible damaged MossRomp balls for one same or future available toy at no product charge. In the five-ball exchange, the customer pays return shipping and MossRomp pays outbound shipping. Intentional damage is excluded. Contact us before returning any parcel.

Using your product

Supervise your dog during play, choose an appropriate toy size and follow the supplied use and charging instructions. No toy is indestructible. Inspect the ball before use and stop using it if damaged. Do not continue to charge or use a damaged product.

Store information and privacy

We aim to keep store information accurate and may correct errors in product or order information. Your use of the Services is also subject to our privacy policy. Content and imagery may not be copied or used without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Use our contact page for order or product questions. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
