Free U.S. standard shipping on orders $35+

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more after discounts, before tax. Every Big Ball order qualifies: one ball is $39.99, or $35.99 with the first-order WELCOME10 code (10% off). Orders ship from the United States. Estimated delivery is 7–10 days; delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Express shipping is optional and costs $15 when offered at checkout. Available delivery methods and final charges are shown before payment.

Shipping for returns and exchanges

MossRomp covers approved shipping for ordinary 30-day returns and both return and replacement shipping for the 10-Day Chew Replacement. In the five-ball take-back exchange, the customer pays to return five old balls and MossRomp pays to send the new toy. The $35 free-shipping threshold applies to purchases, not these approved replacement shipments.
