Chewed apart through normal supervised play within 10 calendar days of delivery? Contact us, return the damaged ball as instructed, and we’ll send a replacement after receipt and checks. We cover approved return and replacement shipping. Intentional damage is excluded.

Our care for a toy continues after play. Return five eligible damaged MossRomp balls and choose one replacement toy at no product charge.
Taking responsibility for the materials we put into the world matters to us. This program brings old balls back to MossRomp for centralized handling, and gives you a practical way to keep participating.
How to take part
- Keep your old balls.
After the 10-day chew cover, set eligible damaged MossRomp balls aside, safely out of your pet’s reach. Stop using damaged toys.
- Contact us before posting.
When you have five, send us your order details and photos. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Choose your next toy.
Once all five are received and checked, choose the same model or any available future MossRomp toy at no product charge.
You cover shipping the five old balls back. We cover shipping your new toy to you.
Eligibility and our commitment
This program applies after the 10-day chew cover. Five eligible damaged MossRomp balls must be returned for one toy; intentional damage is excluded. New toys are subject to availability. Returned balls are collected for centralized handling. Material recovery methods and measured environmental outcomes have not yet been verified.

What is included?

How are the offer prices shown?

Can I leave my dog to play alone?
Stay close and supervise each session. Inspect the ball before and after play, keep charging accessories away from pets and stop using the toy if damaged.
What if I need help after ordering?
Visit order help & returns for order-status guidance, ordinary returns, faults and replacement requests.
Can I wash the whole electric ball?
Only the removable outer shell can be washed. Remove the electrical core first, keep the core, charging port and charger dry, and let the shell dry fully before reassembly. Do not immerse the complete ball.
How do I know whether Big Ball fits my dog?
Check the 3.35-inch diameter against your dog’s mouth size and play style. Do not choose by breed alone. Supervise every session, inspect for damage and stop play if the toy is unsuitable or damaged. Read the play and care guide ↗
